How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Exceptiondone Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Exceptiondone Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Exceptiondone Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@exceptiondone.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
